Then HR-Link has developed web report designer by which UT’s high level managers can online generate latest management reports. UT’s HR has re-assigned some authorization to departments by Staffing module. It helped to improve HR’s efficiency. During year 2006, HR assisted UT’s to pass SOX audit on HR system. UT has officially launched the implementation of Employee Self Service (ESS) system and staff can online check their pay slip.
