Support Desk Support problems can be reported by telephone hotline support, facsimile or email? In addition to regular Support Desk assistance, we offer the option of direct on-line assistance via modem and remote access communication software (i.e. pcAnywhere or Citrix Metaframe). This service is designed to allow our support consultants to quickly and easily investigate the data where a problem is encountered.? To be effective, each location must have a workstation readily available to be connected to a Modem (Usually 56K) and telephone line. |
On-site service we could arrange timely on-site support service when customer encounter system emergencies. |
