Publicis Group was established by Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet in 1926, Headquartered in Paris, France. It’s the 4th largest global media service group also 2nd largest media plan and buyer. Publicis’s business region has covered 104 countries and it has over 40,000 employees around the world. Publicis’s main business includes advertisement agent service, media service, PR services and marketing services. Publicis has several advertising sub-companies such as Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Arc and etc. It also has media service sub-companies such as ZenithOptimedia, Starcom MediaVest and etc. Publicis has around 3,000 employees in China.
Since 2006, Publicis has rapidly expand in China, as a result, employees number has increased quickly as well. The previous C/S Employee Timesheet cannot suffice corporate requirements. A new B/S structure Timesheet Platform was strongly required because of the requirements of Employee Self Service, Customized Page/Sheet, e-Workflow control and interface with other systems. After project preparation of nearly half a year, Publicis chose HR- Link which has independent intellectual property rights. HR-Link provided the solutions including Staff Timesheet Manager, e-OT & e-Leave, e-Contract workflow. Now HR-Link system is used in Publicis & its sub-companies in China with about 3,000 employees.
