HR-Link e-Training module can help customer combine training plan and corporate goal together. System provides a comprehensive section of training requirement analysis, training plan, staff training application & supervisor approval process management, training result track, training cost analysis and etc. it can make HR training function more efficient and training process easier.
The specific functions include:
Provides setup function of key training information such as training outline, course, tutor, location and etc;
Provides training pre-application and training requirement analysis based on the elements such as application number, time/period, organization and etc;
Provides setup of cross-year training function.
HR training specialist can publish or pre-publish the training courses via Internet / Intranet.
Staff can apply the training course via Internet / Intranet. The application will be summarized to HR after approved by dept head.
Staff can decide whether to take the course in terms of the evaluation result from the previous class members.
HR training specialist can inform all the trainees by email notification to confirm the open of the course.
Trainee, tutor and training specialist can grade on Internet / Intranet (trainee score, tutor score, HR score and etc.)
Provides related training reports such as training budget report, training staff statistics report.
