HR-Link Performance Appraisal (PA) module provides customer a unique e-PA platform and helps them customize a highly efficient PA process. Each employee can make self-appraisal on this e-platform and dept head can appraise his/her staff. Moreover both of them can get final result through this interactive platform. HR can real-time track throughout the whole appraisal process meanwhile remind the staff who don¡¯t submit the form on schedule.

The specific functions include:

Provides the PA process based on ¡°Staff Self-Appraisal ¨C Supervisor Appraisal ¨C HR confirmation¡±;
Support multi-model of appraisal such as 90 degree, 360 degree and etc;
Support various KPI models and appraisal period; user can set up appraisal model against different staff types.
Staff can check their historical appraisal information via ESS system
Provide real-time report to analyze appraisal status during appraisal period for HR or dept head.
Provides relates appraisal reports such as appraisal result, recommended payroll adjustment, recommended training and etc.
